We can action within 48Hrs (during work days) and will update you. So even if you are 5 years outside warranty, we will be able to help with technicians, parts and quotes. We keep parts for ALL previous versions.
Note: if you have units with prefix SC1870, SC2840, SC2870 and SC3900 that are part of the 2008>2011 period stock the PCB boards required are now available (we had these especially manufactured in FEB16).
