My display has gone off?
1. This happens if you have pressed and held the 'light' button for 2 seconds or more, unit waits 1 minute and turns display OFF. To make display come back ON press and hold the 'light' button again.
My fridge is showing 10 degrees?
Power may have gone off for a period, fridge defaults to 10 degrees, set back to temp required using the - button
The inner fan seems noisy?
1. The inner fan is a high Rev Per Minute (RPM) fan because we need to circulate air thoroughly, especially when unit is running under Zero Degrees as more ice forms on cold plate.
What is Turbo Mode and Party Mode?
Turbo mode will run unit for 1Hr at -5°c (minus five).
Party mode takes unit to -5°C (minus five), so it's really cold and firing during entertaining. It is important to take unit OUT of this mode by pressing the "Party Mode" button once. If you leave in party mode unit will eventually ice up and could cause long term damage to compressor.
The sides of my fridge are warm to touch?
The EX-108 expels a large amount of the heat removed from the compartment through piping in its walls. This is normal operation.
