My display is blank?

This happens if you have pressed and held the 'light' button for 2 seconds or more — the unit waits 1 minute and turns the display OFF. To power the display back ON, press and hold the 'light' button again.

My fridge is showing 10°C?

When power goes off for a period of time, the fridge defaults to 10°C. Set the fridge back down to your desired temperature by using the '-' (minus) button.

The inner fan seems noisy?

The inner fan is a high Rev Per Minute (RPM) fan because we need to circulate air thoroughly, especially when the unit is running under 0°C, as more ice forms on the cold plate.

What is turbo mode and party mode?

Turbo mode will run the unit for 1 hour at -5°C (minus five).

Party mode takes the unit to -5°C (minus five), so it's really cold and firing during entertaining. It is important to take the unit OUT of this mode by pressing the "Party Mode" button once. If you leave it in party mode, the unit will eventually ice up and could cause long-term damage to the compressor.

The sides of my fridge are warm to touch?

This model fridge has piping running through the walls of the fridge, which carries compressed and condensed gas. Due to the gas being compressed and condensed, it is rather hot, and this heat can be felt in the fridge's walls. You may notice it is warmer while the fridge is actively cooling — this is normal operation.

My fridge isn't cooling?

  1. Check to ensure the evaporator fan is operating correctly — this is the fan on the inner rear wall, inside the fridge.
  2. Ensure the fridge has the correct ventilation, as per below.
    Each Side: 30mm
    Top: 30mm
    Rear: 100mm
  3. Make sure the fridge is not in a position where it can get any direct sunlight or be hit by the elements such as rain. No glass-door bar fridge can have direct sunlight, and doing so will void the warranty.
